Using the site
You are welcome to read anything here, quote a short passage with a link back, print a page for your own trip, and share links. You may not republish our guides in whole or in substantial part, scrape the site to build a competing product, or present our writing as your own.
What belongs to whom
- The writing, the arrangement of the guides and the design are ours.
- The photographs belong to their photographers and are used under their licences. See photographs and licences.
- Facts are not owned by anybody, including us.
Comments
Comments are welcome, including critical ones. By posting you confirm that what you write is your own and that you are happy for it to appear publicly with the name you gave. We may remove anything that is abusive, defamatory, unlawful, off topic, or posted to advertise something, and we may do so without explaining ourselves. We do not check comments before they are read by others and we are not responsible for what other people write in them.
Accuracy and liability
The site is provided as it is. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms removes a liability that cannot lawfully be removed, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Links out
We link to other sites, including partners who pay us commission. Those sites are not under our control. Their terms and their privacy policies apply once you arrive, not ours.
Availability
We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may stop publishing altogether. We do not promise the site will always be reachable.
