Things we act on quickly
- A fact is wrong. A link to something official helps us fix it the same day.
- A photograph is yours. Whether you want the credit corrected or the photograph removed, we will do it without arguing the point.
- A privacy request. Ask us what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Tell us the page and the name you used and that is enough.
Things we will not do
- Remove an honest drawback because a business would rather it were not there.
- Sell a place on a list, or a better position on one.
- Publish a paid article made to look like an ordinary guide.
